Published contact address: 511 Grassy Hill Rd, Orange, CT 06477, United States.1. Information we receive
- Demo inquiries: name, company, work email, telephone, role, number of locations, point-of-sale system and the description you submit.
- Follow-up: submission date, request status, assigned team member, notes and related communications.
- Technical data: IP address, request information, browser information and logs that our hosting and security providers may process. Abuse controls use temporary counters derived from an IP address or email; the counter table does not store those original values.
Do not submit passwords, card details, government IDs, medical records or individual payroll data in this form. The website is intended for adult business professionals, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
2. Why we use this information
To answer your inquiry, prepare and arrange a demo, assess your requested setup, manage follow-up, maintain the website and prevent abuse. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing campaigns or authorize automated promotional messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you; that may prevent us from completing the requested demo.
3. Providers, payments and other websites
Authorized OpsVista personnel may review inquiries. Providers involved in hosting, storage, security and communications may process information to deliver those services. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; inquiries are stored in the website database. We may also disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect rights and security.
Subscription links lead to Stripe. Payment information is entered on Stripe, not in the demo form. Stripe and other linked websites have their own notices. Providers and the follow-up team may process data in the United States, Mexico or other countries where they operate; their laws may differ from those in your country. Stripe privacy notice.
4. Cookies and tracking choices
We use the opsvista_language cookie to remember your English or Spanish selection for up to one year; you can delete it in your browser. This website’s code does not include advertising pixels, session recordings or marketing analytics. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for cross-site targeted advertising. Hosting may use technical mechanisms for delivery and security.
Because we do not enable data sales or cross-site advertising tracking, Global Privacy Control does not need to disable those activities here. Do Not Track does not change the website’s technical operation. This description does not extend to Stripe or other websites you choose to visit.
5. Retention and security
We retain inquiries and follow-up while needed to address the inquiry, manage the relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Duration depends on request status and those needs; inquiries are not automatically deleted based on age. You can request deletion. Abuse counters expire after ten minutes and are cleaned when later requests are processed. Providers may have different periods for their logs and backups.
We use HTTPS, access controls for inquiry records, input validation and abuse protections. No transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.
6. Your requests and rights
Email the privacy contact with the subject “OpsVista privacy”, your name, the email used for your inquiry and what you want to access, correct, obtain or delete. You may also request restricted use, withdraw consent or object to processing. We will reasonably verify your identity or your representative’s authority; do not email a government ID before we agree on an appropriate method.
Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, including access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) rights where applicable in Mexico. We will respond within the applicable legal period. If we deny a request, we will explain why; you may request a review at the same email with the subject “Privacy appeal”. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
When Connecticut law applies, requests are normally answered within 45 days, with any permitted extension and notice; appeals are answered within 60 days. You may also contact the relevant authority. Connecticut privacy information.
